Our Team

Estela and Tash lead the team at AQUA Schools Sunbury and Keilor Park. You will see Estela as Manager in Sunbury and Tash as Manager in Keilor Park. They are also supported by a team of Assistant Managers and Duty Managers. Their swim teacher team consists of 30 dedicated and qualified staff. All staff hold their Working with Children’s check and CPR certificate. Tash and Estela have over 18 years combined experience in the Aquatic Industry. They are both qualified swimming instructors with an extensive knowledge and background in teaching children of all ages and abilities.

Their passion and enthusiasm is evident in the love and commitment they show for their job, their team, their customers and their students at AQUA Schools. This is passed down to their staff who show so much care and dedication to every child that walks through our doors. AQUA Schools is also very proud of our Community Outreach program where water safety education is provided to many preschools, child care centres and maternal and health centres in the local areas. This is a free service offered by AQUA Schools so the water safety message is delivered in a fun and interactive way to all children.

Our staff are regularly updated on any industry changes and improvements. At AQUA Schools we hold quarterly professional staff training meetings with all staff to ensure they continue to deliver the best swim program to meet the needs of our community.
