Our Hygiene Promise
AQUA Schools is a leading swim school focused on teaching in a safe and clean environment. Here's a few things that we are doing to keep our promise!
Regular Cleaning
To maintain the cleanliness of our centre, our staff regularly conduct cleaning and disinfection tasks. This includes regular cleaning and disinfection of high traffic areas, frequently touched surfaces and toilets.
Unlimited Make-up Lessons:
To maximise flexibility when sickness arises, we amended our makeup policy to provide our community peace of mind when needing to miss a swimming lesson. There is now no limit to the number of makeup classes you can accrue instead of the previous limit of 2 makeups. To qualify for a makeup lesson, notice must be given a minimum of 2 hours prior to the start of class. If notice is not received, you will not be able to makeup that class.
Makeup lessons are valid for 3 months and can be booked via our customer portal!
Pool Deck

As pool deck is a smaller shared space, we have created entry and exit points to ease congestion at start and finish times of each lesson. We ask that parents and students exit pool deck as soon as their class is finished. Please dry and change children in changeroom facilities. |
UV & Ozone Treated Pool
Our pool is currently chlorinated using an automated dosage and remote monitoring system and is also manually monitored every 4 hours to provide your child with the optimal hygienic environment. We have also invested in UV and Ozone Sanitation, so whilst the pool is chlorinated, we use far less chemicals to keep our water balanced, healthy and crystal clear!
COVID Safe Plan:
AQUA Schools has done all the hard work already to ensure we have the cleanest and safest facility for our staff, students and their families. Since 2020, we have developed and maintained a detailed COVID Safe Plan which enables us to maintain the health and safety of our families and staff. As a small private centre, we are able to remain agile in how we structure our program in order to be able to accommodate any sudden changes that arise
